Join us for these fabulous twilight bushwalks that will take you through
the bushland areas of the Upper Northshore.
Our twilight bushwalks are a great escape from the urban lifestyle that we all become accustomed to. These events encourage weight loss and improves respiratory, cardiovascular and pulmonary ventilation improving overall fitness.
Build and improve your self esteem, body image and fitness with our twilight bushwalks
Each event starts at 6.45pm runs for approximately one hour.
Events have an emphasis on fun & fitness and are a great way to meet new friends
and to extend your social intercourse.
Our twilight bushwalks will also give you aerobic exercise, an effective way to improve endurance, unclog arteries, lower blood pressure, decrease the risk of heart disease and some cancers,
and cut the risk of adult-onset diabetes.
Furthermore, these activities will assist you with weight reduction and will improve your overall body shape, performance and well-being.
NOTE: Within daylight saving times these events will usually finish during within daylight or twilight hours. Outside of daylight saving times our twilight bushwalks require the use of a headtorch.
